Exchange and Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a cash refund within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days clients qualify for a credit in the form of a gift card.

Exceptions:

No items will be refunded after 3 months of purchase.
No Items will be refunded or exchanged if the item is not in the same condition of purchase.
No item will be refunded without proof of purchase.
We do not refund, or exchange used items, stockings, socks, swim wear, face masks, special orders, or sale items.

No item will be refunded or exchanged which has been changed by the school without informing us or giving us sufficient time to phase in the new product.

If there a mistake on the website like if a item is priced wrongly, Totiusdal Handelshuis holds the right to either refund the client for the purchase, or the client can pay the correct price as communicated by us.

Refunds can take several days to reflect into a clients account.

A gift card cannot be used for cash instead.

All online orders must be exchanged or refunded in store and cannot be done via courier.
