Shipping and Returns Information

We offer two basic parcel “delivery” options:
1) Store Pick-Up (FREE)- Simple collection at our address in Waverley, Pretoria
Always ensure that you have received an email informing you that your goods are ready for collection and bring proof of payment when collecting.

Collection times is Mon- Fri: 8:30-17:00 and Sat: 8:00-13:00

2) Main Centre Delivery (R99.00 flat rate)
If our Courier partners identify your Suburb/Town as a “Main Centre” we deliver the parcel directly to your address.
Parcel tracking details will be emailed to you.   
Delivery is usually within 3 business days.  

If your address is identified as an “outlying area” we will let you know what the delivery cost will be, as it may vary with the size of the package and the address to where it will be shipped to.
